Introduction: The government of Nepal has been providing free dialysis for a lifetime to its citizen since 2016. Most the patients have spend from pocket meet their medical demands sustain life. This leads financial burden and may lead sale property. aim this was study look into different categories expenses done by in Bipanna nagarik HD program provided Nepal.Materials Methods: descriptive cross-sectional carried out 9th February 2022 till 30th September under Nephrology Unit, Department Internal Medicine at Universal College Medical Sciences, Bhairahawa, Nepal. Ethical clearance taken Institutional Review Committee (IRC letter reference no. UCMS/IRC/049/22). Patients receiving basic hemodialysis services Bippana Nagarik Scheme Government giving informed written consent were enrolled study. Non-Probability Sampling Method – Convenience done.Results: In our 50 on HD, mean age 46.24 ± 15.31 years. duration population 126.80 332.52 months. average family income per annum approximately NRs. 31000. total out-of-pocket expenditure 35305/month. cost blood investigations 13000 three months.Conclusion: monthly 35000 which directly related spite
