This leads financial burden and may lead sale property. aim this was study look into different categories expenses done by in Bipanna nagarik HD program provided Nepal.Materials Methods: descriptive cross-sectional carried out 9th February 2022 till 30th September under Nephrology Unit, Department Internal Medicine at Universal College Medical Sciences, Bhairahawa, Nepal.
